• There is a lot of repetition in the presentation, esp. in retention. Too many examples that say the same thing

• I think I learned that there is no magic bullet but it's a mindset. I like the idea of staying in touch by e-mail to make sure I don't forget! Would people do a follow-up workshop in 1 year?
